# Directions:
- Place the small round whole wheat bread loaf on a large serving platter to serve as the body.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus or herbed cream cheese over the top half of the bread to help the vegetable spines adhere.
- Arrange the carrot, cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper sticks, and halved radishes upright into the spread on the bread, fanning them out evenly to mimic spines.
- Use black olives for eyes and a cherry tomato or grape for the nose, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
- Spoon the remaining dips into small bowls and place them around the platter for convenient access.
- Place breadsticks and crackers around the hedgehog arrangement for dipping.
- Finish by garnishing with fresh chives or parsley for a seasonal accent.
