05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat all ingredients evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing if desired and set aside.
02 - Heat flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until flexible. Alternatively, microwave tortillas between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm wrapped in a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly divide the salad mixture among the tortillas, positioning it centrally on each one.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly in a burrito style. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
05 - Serve the wraps whole or cut in half as preferred.
