04 - 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt

09 - 24 thin strips of black olives for the belt
10 - 24 small squares of yellow bell pepper or cheddar for the buckle

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) to preheat.
02 - Arrange crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place a cheddar slice on each.
03 - Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese just melts without bubbling, then let cool slightly.
04 - Combine softened cream cheese, chopped roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl and blend until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe the dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Place a black olive strip horizontally over the dip to resemble a belt and top with a small yellow pepper or cheddar square as the buckle.
07 - Arrange finished crackers on a platter and serve immediately.
