01 - 12 slices white sandwich bread

02 - 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices cucumber
05 - 4 slices tomato

06 - 8 black olive slices
07 - 4 baby carrots
08 - 4 small red bell pepper strips
09 - 4 fresh parsley sprigs
10 - 4 tbsp hummus or mayonnaise
# Directions:
01 - Use two round cookie cutters (one larger, one smaller) to cut two circles from each bread slice: one large for the body, one small for the head.
02 - Evenly spread cream cheese on each bread circle to add moisture and flavor.
03 - Layer slices of cheddar, cucumber, and tomato between two bread circles for the body. Optionally repeat for the head.
04 - Place the smaller bread circle (head) atop the larger one (body) on a plate, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Use black olive slices for eyes and buttons, a baby carrot slice for the nose, a red bell pepper strip for the scarf, and parsley sprigs for hats or arms as desired.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
