This board was a hit at our last Valentine's Day party and everyone loved the variety and presentation
Ingredients
- Sweets & Chocolates: 100 g chocolate-covered strawberries, 50 g assorted heart-shaped chocolates, 50 g pink and red macarons, 60 g strawberry or raspberry truffles, 50 g chocolate-dipped pretzels
- Fresh Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- Biscuits & Pastries: 60 g butter cookies (preferably heart-shaped), 60 g mini vanilla or red velvet cupcakes
- Cheeses (optional, for a sweet-salty balance): 60 g brie cheese, cut into heart shapes, 60 g creamy goat cheese, rolled in pink peppercorns or cranberries
- Extras: 1/4 cup honey or chocolate sauce, for drizzling or dipping, edible flowers, for garnish, fresh mint leaves, for garnish
