# Directions:

01 - Whisk teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small splash of oil if needed. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
03 - Transfer cooked chicken to a cutting board, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
04 - Wash and shred lettuce and carrots, slice bell peppers, chop green onions, and prepare any desired optional ingredients such as avocado, pickled ginger, edamame, or sesame seeds.
05 - Gently warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 to 20 seconds to increase pliability.
