# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine plain Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using, in a mixing bowl.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the tip and immerse in the yogurt mixture until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off.
04 - Place each coated strawberry flat-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Immediately press two mini chocolate chips into the coating for eyes and one regular-sized chocolate chip for the mouth to form ghost faces.
06 - Repeat the dipping and decorating process with all strawberries.
07 - Freeze the decorated strawberries for at least 45 minutes, or until the coating is firm.
